After 18 years of living with a Frozen Shoulder, I decided to give massage a try. I went to Jessie, and after the FIRST session, my life was changed! I gave Jessie a chance to help with my shoulder pain when I am lifting heavy, getting ready for a meet. She told me if I did not feel a change in my pain and lifting happening in 3 sessions than this was not the right treatment for this injury. If I didn't feel a difference then she would gladly provide resources for me to find the next best treatment option. After 2 sessions I was lifting with more confidence and after the 3rd session I was almost completely pinch pain free. She guided me in a way that worked with my goals not stopping my goals of competing. Brett

Migraines,mirgraines, migraines. All my life I have had migraines. Jessie has helped me so much over the last year learn how to work with my muscle tension and possibly some stretches to consider. I feel like I could reach out and text her with questions and she would always get back to me with something to try. I will always have migraines but I feel like with Jessie helping me I will suffer less and already enjoying my life more. Tracy

Jess is great, if she doesn't know, she will do the research to figure it out. She sparks when she is challenged and I have made it my personal mission to challenge her skill set through my sports season and offseason work outs. Q
